Suzuki RM 250 vs. KTM 125 SX On Board

On-board dirtbike footage hit a peak as we watched Davy Coombs pre-ride the AMA tracks before they were attacked by the likes of Ricky Carmichael, James Stewart and Chad Reed.

I came across this little gem of a video as I was searching for some info on the 2009 RMZ450.

It features big jumps, on board shots, split screen and close racing action between a RM250 and a KTM125SX.

The music sounds like Blink 182 to me, but that's not my area of expertise.

Hellfish MX Video get things right by keeping the dirtbikes close for the on-board footage.

Overall the shots and finish of the RM250 racing behind the KTM125SX is excellent and well worth watching.

The hardpack track doesn't look all that forgiving if you were to bail, but they are not hardcore racing here.

The good old 2-stroke RM250 is an excellent foil for the quick and grunty KTM125SX.

The undulating track with big jumps and sweeping turns makes you envous of the lucky dirtbikers who get to ride it.
