Very
simply this is a video of a child or baby laughing hysterically
while sitting in a high chair.
We
all (well most of us) like to laugh and also find babies cute.
Once again we have a combination of two favourite aspects of life:
Cute

almost like a laughter class... it's infectious and you don't
know why but you just keep watching it.
