As
you are meditating the mind will constantly chatters as you try
to relax with meditation.
The
suggestion is made to close your eyes and our instructor tells
us that "our eyes are doors to the mind so eyes should be
closed".
Our
mind is nothing but a bundle of thoughts. Thoughts arouse the
intellect, that gives the intellect an excuse to ask questions.
Observation
is the nature of self, so as we are meditating you need to just
witness.
The
oral and visual instruction on breathing is once again simple
but powerful.
Meditating
can be a powerful tool for relaxation, releasing emotional blockages
and inner discovery. Allowing cosmic energy to flow through you.
