To Meditate Part 4
Part
four in the series on meditation and meditational practices.
As
you become more proficient at meditation your breath will become
minimal called a 'no breath' state. It is more like a state of
'unconscious breathing'.
A
way to describe this minimizing of breath is that it settles in
between the eyebrows. This is often referred to as your 'third
eye'.
The
'no breath' or 'no thought' state is the meditative state called
Nirmal Sthithi.
In
this state you are being showered by cosmic energy. Cosmic energy
enters your energy body and flows through your energy tubes.
This
is an exhilarating state of meditation.
