To Meditate Part 8
Constant
meditation creates changes in our perception of this physical
plane.
We
do this through the astral body. Our astral body is a tool of
the self, one more form of the consciousness to perceive other
realities.
Your
consciousness moves in the form of the astral body when it receives
enough cosmic energy. Then you perceive other frequent realities.
You
experience the astral body in an unconscious state - dreams. You
can experience the astral body in a conscious state via meditation.
Via
your devotion to meditation and meditative practices, you can
receive sufficient cosmic energy so your consciousness moves from
your whole body towards a point.
