motocross riding tips on video this time by Gary Semics!
When
racing motocross or supercross, jumping can be one of the biggest
thrills, but also one of the scariest and most dangerous tasks
to undertake.
Particularly
in a supercross race, you will find there are many times when
you have very little run up room to gain the speed you need to
clear a jump.
The
act of 'weighting' and 'un-weighting' the dirtbike helps to give
you more height and distance to clear that big double or triple.
This
is similar to doing a 'bunny-hop' on a BMX and can be practiced
with a partner while standing still.
