important to have good fitness to ride a motocross or dirtbike.
But no matter how fit you are, if the dirtbike is no setup properly
you can do it tough each time you ride.

grips to bar height, lever position to setting race sag. Get it
sorted early and you can ride for longer.
Stock
suspension is fairly good today so setting your bikes compression
and rebound clickers for your riding style can be of huge benefit
before you ride.
