It
has been said that Motocross and dirtbike riding, when done aggressively,
is the most physical and demanding of all sports.
Take
an elete athlete of any other type of sport and put them on a
dirtbike for 5 minutes and more than likely they will have arm
pump and be panting like crazy!
Motocross
and dirtbike riding use a combination of muscular strength, muscle
endurance as well as aerobic fitness.
The
movements the body makes as you ride, jump, cross whoops, do hill
climbs, rail berms etc. are unique to motocross and dirtbike riding.
