have held the release of a new book to put some finishing touches
on it and would like to use this opportunity to make sure I
don't leave anything out.

Answered - My hips, my thighs and my calves to ankles.
I guess I feel anxious.
Henry Answered - I used to have so much energy and would
love to do anything physical! My waist, my stomach and my chest
seem to carry most my fat now. My lack of action gets me down
on myself.

firmer, make my butt and legs firmer. I have no time for anything,
I feel stressed mostly.
